Big Easy Talent

BIG EASY TALENT

"After hurricane Katrina, we intially started booking bands for "second lines" (when a jazz band follows a funeral procession), then as clubs began to reopen, we booked some of these same "acts" for the reemerging night life. As folks returned, we began producing local and regional commercials, booking our "talent" as the "leads". When hurricane's Rita and Ike hit ACADIANA, we branched out and continued making commercials many of which are still running today throughout Louisiana.

As the film industry continues to grow, the decision was made in April 2010 to open a Los Angeles office, since most of the principle roles are being cast there. We moved from New Orleans and opened our first office in Burbank, July 27, 2010 until moving to our current location on the corner of Wilshire and Santa Monica in Beverly Hills. What happened to BIG EASY TALENT?? We still have our New Orleans office, located in the CBD at 201 St. Charles Ave. We like to say we brought LA. to L.A. "LAISSEZ LES BON TEMPS ROULET" - Doug Cosgro
